Workshop Features:

  • Interactive “Illuminating the Unconscious Cards”: Using emotion cards and drawing as expressive tools, participants are guided to explore their inner feelings, deepening self-understanding and acceptance of their emotions.

  • Focusing (Life Awareness): Through experiential guidance, employees are helped to clarify emotional entanglements and unlock new perspectives and possibilities for action.

  • Efficient Transformation Process: Within two hours, participants are supported in moving from anxiety and uncertainty toward inner stability and psychological resilience.

The workshop can be flexibly arranged according to your company’s needs — at different times and venues. It can also be integrated with staff activities or internal corporate training programs.
